These Terms, as well as, any additional terms of use and any other policies listed on such third party site website, will collectively govern your product purchase. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account, including, but not limited to, any and all applicable taxes, and you agree to only use payment methods that belong to you or others that have expressly authorized you to use such payment method.
PT DWYL Productions Indonesia shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages of any kind, including, without limitation: (i) lost revenues or profits; (ii) losses relating to travel expenses, lodging meals and/or related airline change or rerouting fees or orders, cancellation fees; (iii) loss or damage to any personal property, your use of the Site and/or the Services; or (iv) for any claim, loss or injury based on errors, omissions, interruptions or other inaccuracies in our Site and/or Service; and (v) losses relating to the use or inability to use or interruptions on or relating to the Site or to the Services, the software or to transmissions of data.
Payment constitutes acceptance of all PT DWYL Productions Indonesia terms and conditions Management reserves the right to change the operations days and hours as it deems fit without prior notice.
Guests are liable for any repairs or replacement of any Facilities damaged by them, whether accidental or intentional.
PT DWYL Productions Indonesia is not responsible and will not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings of Members, visitors and guests. Lost and Found matters should be directed to Customer Experience team
Members, visitors and guests who are under strong influence of alcohol or prohibited drugs will not be permitted to enter PT DWYL Productions Indonesia events.
All vehicles must be fully checked by security at entry, prior to access to the venue. PT DWYL Productions Indonesia accepts no responsibility for cars parked on Nuanu premises. Guests are required to observe all directions and signage of within car parking areas. Vehicles entering the Nuanu site are not permitted to park or drive in a manner which; obstructs fire or emergency access; obstructs pedestrian ways; or disturbs the ground or landscaping.
Under no circumstances are pets or animals of any kind to be brought into the premises.
All guests agree to treat all artists, staff, and vendors with the utmost decency and respect. PT DWYL Productions Indonesia reserves the right to evict anyone upon a substantiated report of disrespect towards staff or other customers, which includes subjecting another Member or Staff to physical or verbal abuse which shall include use of profanity and the threat of or actual violence and threatening, offensive or harmful conduct, .
Luna Beach Club is Adults only. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Supervision of children is the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian. PT DWYL Productions Indonesia is not responsible for supervision of children or injury or damage that occurs on the premises from a result of children not being supervised.
Guests entering swimming areas do so at their own risk and responsibility. Proper bathing attire must be worn at all times. Nudity is not allowed.
The legal drinking age in Indonesia is 21 years. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to persons under 21 years.
Final payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to attend on the day of event is considered a no show and any payments will be non-refundable.
No professional photography equipment including video cameras, drones or telescopic lenses are allowed into the venue without prior authorization from the PT DWYL Productions Indonesia management. If this policy is not followed the photographer will be evicted from the premises immediately.
If you cannot attend the event due to Force Majeure including volcanic activity, fire, strike, flood, earthquake, riots, war, acts of terrorism, government actions or any other natural disaster, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled event date.
All festival-goers are subject to being searched prior to entry into the event, including members of the media. By requesting entry into the event, all festival-goers and attendees shall be subjected to a thorough search. Event Organizers, shall, at all times, reserve the right to either deny any person entry into or to eject any person from the Event, who in the sole and absolute discretion of Event Organizers are in violation of Event rules, which may be updated from time to time, with or without notice
PT DWYL Productions Indonesia, Do What You Love Asia Limited, and PT Wooden Fish Village shall not be responsible for any injury, death or illness or any loss or damage to property whatsoever/ howsoever caused, sustained or incurred out of, or in any way connected with the use, whether proper or otherwise, of the event facilities.
By your participation, you accept the inherent risks of possible injury or harm associated with an outdoor event with music and wellness activities. You should consider this participation in a responsible manner and with good judgment. We will not be liable for any personal injury or loss. You grant permission to the Producer, Operation, Management and Staff to act on their behalf according to their best judgment in any emergency affecting themselves and guests. You authorise venue staff to arrange for you or your families to be administered such medical attention and to have them brought to a medical facility as deemed appropriate. You agree that all and any medical or hospitalization charges relating there to will be entirely for their account and not be the responsibility the venue or the festival. You release PT DWYL Productions Indonesia and affiliates irrevocably from any and all personal and corporate liability claims.

The agreement is made in the Republic of Indonesia and shall be governed by and constituted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes will be settled in Bali, Indonesia. Payment constitutes acceptance of all Bali terms and conditions. Upon entry to any PT DWYL Productions Indonesia event, guests acknowledge and agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
PT DWYL Productions Indonesia and its affiliates reserve the right to film, record, and/or photograph the visitor, participant or wristband holder’s image, likeness, action, and/or statement of this event for television, moving picture, webcast and/or other public broadcast in any medium for any purpose. Any visitor, participant and/or wristband holder of this show hereby fully releases and discharges PT DWYL Productions Indonesia (including its employees and subsidiaries) and its affiliation/association from any rights, claims, damages, losses, liabilities, fines and causes of action whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from the filming, recording and/or photography of this event.
